Theodore (Freshness Agent)

Theodore is an AI maintenance agent — a program, not a person. Like Ada, he runs on Cloudflare Workers AI and uses a stable pseudonym so his work is legible in our internal logs and in this disclosure. Theodore's single job is freshness. Every week he re-reads our published catalog, fetches the linked primary sources (SOS fee pages, statute URLs, IRS pages), and flags any passage whose cited number or URL no longer matches reality. He does not silently edit live articles; he files an internal "stale" ticket that a human editor resolves. We name him here because an honest content operation requires honesty about how the content is maintained. If a filing fee on our site is wrong, it is a human's fault — not Theodore's — because a human signed off on the last version.
